RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Bespoke edible orders are not eligible for return and refund however, in the unlikely event of a complaint, products must be returned to us for investigation within 24 hours. Failure to return an item can be taken as acceptance of the product in which case no refund is possible.
Where a fault is found during investigation, a full refund will be issued. The decision of Flossie Makes & Bakes is final in this regard. This does not affect your statutory rights.
SHIPPING INFO
Some of our smaller items are able to be posted at a flat rate of £4 postage and packaging.
For all of our other items we offer local delivery. Delivery is free within a radius of WA4 with a small fee added for further afield. Please speak to us regarding your specific delivery requirements as we aim to accommodate every customer's needs.
